Please note that unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may affect delivery times. We will make every effort to Inform you of any delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order total. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as late delivery or damaged packages, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. 

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?  

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

ELEVATE TRENDS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.  

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

International Shipping

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
